Still in top list, now in #3 position

The paper

"Low-Power VLSI Architectures for DCT/DWT: Precision vs Approximation for HD Video, Biomedical, and Smart Antenna Applications"

by Madanayake, A. ; Cintra, R.J. ; Dimitrov, V. ; Bayer, F.M. ; Wahid, K.A. ; Kulasekera, S. ; Edirisuriya, A. ; Potluri, U.S. ; Madishetty, S.K. ; Rajapaksha, N. is still ranked in top positions (#3) according to the download counter of IEEE Circuits and Systems Magazine.

The ranking is updated monthly. A screenshot of the chart is available here.

Congratulations to all authors!

PS: We thank Dr Bayer for pointing this out.

#2 in IET Image Processing

The paper "Fast computation of residual complexity image similarity metric using low-complexity transforms" by Yves Pauchard, Renato J. Cintra, Arjuna Madanayake, and Fábio M. Bayer is ranked second in the list of most downloaded papers from IET Image Processing.

A screenshot of the top list is available: here.

There are much more to be done in terms of applying efficient discrete transforms in the biomedical problems.

Congratulations to all authors!

PS: Thanks to Dr Bayer for this information.
